Club Rules
1. No gang affliliations of any sort.
2. No alcohol during meetings, hangouts or cruise nights and shows. (only exeptions are if alcohol is allowed at specific events. If you drink, you don't drive)
3. No drinking and driving. (no exceptions)
4. No drugs of any sort unless prescribed. Must have prescription bottle with you.
5. No horseplay during meetings. (we tend to have meetings at resturants)
6. No dragging, if your vehicle is able, unless at a cruise or event/show in which areas are set specifically for that purpose.
7. No street racing. (no exceptions)
8. Any member caught carrying any weapons to any club activities will be dismissed from the club. (no second chances)
9. You are responsible for any damages that you or one of your guest(s) may cause.
10. No slander among members or other car clubs.
11. If a member violates any of the rules, they will be fined (if you damage something you WILL pay to fix it) or will be placed on probation.
12. If a member at any time feels that they no longer want to be part of Bnotizd that member must remove their logo.
13. If a member misses 5 meetings or events in a year without prior warning, membership will be canceled unless overruled by a club vote.
14. If a new member is put on probation before receiving their logo, they will not be allowed to get one untill their probation ends.
15. No talking about anything club related (plans for upcomming events/fund raisers) to any non-club members unless they are thinking about joining the club.
16. Any alterations to these rules will be made at meetings and ONLY after a vote to change/modify those rules.
17. Once a member recieves a copy of these rules, there will be no excuse for violating any of them out of ignorance.
Meeting Rules
1. Meetings are to be held every Saturday at Bojangels Near the 581 Wallmart. at 7:00pm except prior to shows or club events. If a show or event is planned, meetings will be held afterwards.
2. All meetings are mandatory unless otherwise excused.
3. If you have to miss a meeting, please call any member and inform them that you will be absent so they can let the Officers know at the meeting.
4. Members can bring guest(s) to the meetings but you are responsible for their actions.
5. Guest(s) may not give any input or reasoning of the club actions unless questioned on his or her opinion. (if you are not part of the club, please don't answer questions directed at the club)
6. No guest(s) from other clubs are allowed to sit in on meetings unless he/she is interested in joining the club.
7. If a meeting is not going to be held, the president or board member will call/notify members.
8. The meetings will be approximately every 2 weeks during winter months.
9. All meetings are considerd to be serious, and no horseplay will be permitted during meetings.
10. Every member should be notified by someone on what took place at previous meetings if that member missed it.
11. If a member lives a long distance away from the Goldsboro area (i.e. if you have to drive an hour to get here) then you are excused from meetings with no risk of probation. (but please make an attempt to find out what was said or discussed at the meetings you
cannot attend)
Representing
1. A member must display a Logo of some kind on either the back glass of their vehicle or front glass at all times to retain their membership. (only front or back glass allowed)
2. Any color (or combination of colors) is accepted.
3. Club participation is a must at all shows, club events and meetings unless otherwise excused
4. If a member begins to constantly miss shows/events/meetings with no notice, a vote will be called on whether to remove that member from the club's roster or not.
Probation/Fines
1. Probation periods will last for 30 days.
2. 3 strikes (i.e. missing a meeting/event, causing a fight ect.) and you will be on probation.
3. If a member breaks a law or rule while under probation their membership may be canceled immediately or put up to a vote.
4. If any member is placed on probation three times in any 1 calendar year, or fined 10 times, their membership is canceled immediately.
5. If a membership is cancelld, that member must wait 1 month before asking to be voted back in. (There will be no exceptions to this rule)
6. If a membership is canceled, the owner of the vehicle has 2 weeks to remove their logo. If the logo has not been removed by that time, a club member will remove it for you.
